Johnstown Spherion office is seeking a Program Specialist for a spectacular client in Johnstown, PA!

Responsibilities
- Counsels program participants relative to individual performance against their ISP goals in one-on-one and group settings
- Consults with the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, family members, and professional staff of other departments to coordinate joint employees with disabilities objectives
- Participates in staff conferences and plans training programs
- Transport program participants for program related duties
Qualifications
- Must be CPR/First Aide certified
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Must have a degree (Masters, Bachelors, Associate) in Special Education, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic recreation, or other human services field with 1-3 years of experience working directly with disabled person
