Citizens Control Agreement Manager in Johnston, Rhode Island

Description

As the Control Agreement Manager, you will provide critical reporting, analytics, and support with the goal of meeting internal and external stakeholders’ expectations. Your role will be a key player in evaluating and streamlining processes by developing infrastructure to support advanced analytics and identifying opportunities for automation and streamlined distribution of reports. You will manage a "one stop shop" for a vast network of stakeholders as the single point of contact for Enterprise Risk Reporting for designated risk types, serving as a subject matter expert in support of ongoing report development and enhancements. Primary responsibilities include

  • Deliver reports to senior management in a timely manner with well-established control protocols for same.

  • Contribute to "rapid response" new/ad hoc reporting requirements, as well as provide direction on how existing (and inherited) processes can be automated.

  • Evaluate and streamline processes, rationalize materials and content across similar forums to realize synergies.

  • Rationalize risk governance reporting inventory and identify reports for decommissioning and automation. Identify opportunities for improved risk aggregation and monitoring.

  • Develop infrastructure to support advanced analytics, automation and streamlined distribution of reports and information.

  • Drive efficiencies through the use of automated dashboards and standardized reporting.

  • Resolve data gaps and inconsistencies by partnering with the Enterprise Data Office through dedicated pods to communicate requirements and advance the enterprise data infrastructure to facilitate reporting and analytics.
