FM Analytics Process Architect in JOHNSTON, Rhode Island

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior/Analytics Process Architect to join our team, with a special focus on supporting and managing internal reporting projects of large scope and complexity within our Data Visualization and Reporting team. This is an exciting opportunity to help ensure our business partners are making data driven decisions by helping connect technical capabilities with business knowledge and opportunities.
Key Tasks
Initiates and leads work with other business groups to ensure an integrated business solution
Support reporting and dashboard projects by helping align prioritization, facilitate collaboration, and contribute to implementation plans in a complex organizational environment
Gather requirements and lead journey mapping of our end users to ensure we understand who our users are and how they will use the solutions being developed
Lead data/unit testing and user acceptance testing on projects
Candidates will be considered for an Analytics Process Architect or a Senior Analytics Process Architect role.
Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology or equivalent field
5-10+ years of related work experience in business technology solutions and/or analytics development experience
To be considered for the Sr. Analytics Process Architect role a minimum of 10 years' proven leadership ability for managing large and complex process implementations is required
Strong understanding of the business model, user journey mapping, and general data concepts
The ability to think critically about business processes and business value
Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and navigate in a corporate environment
Proven ability to multi-task and establish priorities independently
Previous experience in roles similar to product owner, developer, business analyst is a plus
Strong SQL skills
Familiarity with Power BI development process
