As an Account Setup Specialist you will be focused on supporting the setup of Commercial banking products. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality outputs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment by reviewing documentation and ensuring accurate customer setups. You will play a crucial role in streamlining operations, improving customer service, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. If you have at least 3 years of experience working with Cash Management Products this is the role for you!
salary: $35.93 - $40.93 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
As an Account Setup Specialist, job duties include:
Review documentation and requests meticulously to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Manage workload effectively, maintaining awareness of overall work volume and prioritizing tasks to meet critical SLAs.
Complete customer setup requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Communicate clearly and promptly with the Implementation Manager regarding any returned requests or issues.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills:
3 + years of experience working with Cash Management Products in a Banking or Financial Services environment.
Proven ability to plan and prioritize workload effectively to meet tight deadlines and critical SLAs.
Demonstrated capability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data entry with a high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
