Please note- you must have an active Nursing Home Administrator's license to be considered for the position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement operational strategies to meet WesleyLife’s mission and vision. Support teams to drive innovative services while focusing on financial stewardship.

  • Operations Oversight: Lead the region’s operations, ensuring alignment with WesleyLife standards. Manage projects that enhance facilities, services, and organizational growth.

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate teams, driving performance and accountability. Conduct leadership meetings, set goals, and celebrate success while providing ongoing feedback and support.

  • Partnership & Growth: Lead regional expansion efforts, develop new partnerships, and collaborate on master planning projects that advance the organization’s goals.

  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and census goals, ensuring the sustainability of the organization.

  • Licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator

  • Experience within a multi-site organization

  • 8 years: 8+ years of experience in leadership of a continuing care retirement community operations
