Join our client as a Receptionist in Gray, Tennessee! Are you ready to make a positive impact with a leading company in Gray, Tennessee? We're looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our client and be the welcoming face of their organization. Job Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. - Maintain a neat and organized reception area. - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars accurately. - Assist with coordinating meetings and events as needed. - Provide information to callers and visitors about the company. - Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitor access and issuing badges. - Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
