Position Summary
Leads development, integration, and testing for HR systems, including internal and third-party solutions. Analyzes user requirements to support new applications, modifications, and enhancements of Workday strategy and implementation.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
Drives enterprise outcomes through Workday HCM design, configuration, and implementation.
Collaborates with HR Systems to review and test system integrations.
Partners with IT and business teams to ensure seamless process integration.
Monitors Workday updates, executes system testing, and handles biannual releases.
Consults with stakeholders to align Workday solutions with organizational goals.
Manages Workday initiatives and coordinates with third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration
Leads technical workstreams for data migration, integration, architecture, and custom development.
Maintains Workday configuration, including organizations, security, and business processes
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
2+ years of human resources information system or related experience.
Prior Workday experience.
Proficiency in HCM functionality and data integration.
