Job Description

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities :

• Consistently accept good product and reject defective product. 在最终检验工位代表客户检查并接收合格品，拒收不合格品

• Follow the inspection instruction; provide accurate and complete description of defective and rejection report. 根据质量最终检验说明书的要求，提供准确完善的废品和拒收报告

• Make and keep accurate and complete record. 保持准确完整的记录

• Communicate with supervisor and production line for any product quality concern. 跟生产线线长沟通产品质量问题并协助解决

• Find quality problems and trace back to the production process寻找质量问题并追溯到生产过程中

• Keep monitoring and auditing any nonconformance to the WI, Skill metrics etc. 审核并发现任何与作业指导书和员工技能的要求不一致的地方

• Engaged with QE to investigate customer complaint and maintain a completely record协助质量工程师调查客户投诉并保持完整记录

• Collect environment monitor sample and send to Lab for testing收集环境监测的样品并送到实验室

• Conduct function and dimension testing for Validation products 对验证的产品实施尺寸和功能测试

• Any tasks assigned by Leader上级指派的其他任务

Educational Qualifications:

• Above Secondary diploma; engineering related background is preferable. 中专学历以上，工程背景优先

Experience Qualifications:

• 3 years above experience in manufacturing environment;三年以上制造业经验，

• 1 year above practical experience in measuring and inspection; Familiar with gauges and tools;一年以上质检方面经验，熟悉测量仪表和工具的应用

• Can write, read simple English Emails，oral better preferred.能简单读写英文邮件，会英语口语优先

• Internal auditor 9001&13485 certified preferred. 内部审计9001&13485证书优先
