Caseworkers provide an effort to facilitate growth, behavioral and emotional improvements to those individuals and their families, and to maintain current and accurate documentation and records of clients and services.

Caseworkers receive reports of suspected abuse and/or neglect of children within the county. They then meet with the children, caregivers and talk with anyone who can help determine if the child(ren) are safe.

Caseworkers recommend seeing a doctor if children are injured.
