C oordination / 协调职责 :
- Work principle: Safety first + quality over delivery.

- Ensure own area safety, care team member in right safetybehavior .
确保本区域团队成员的安全行为和意识。
- Follow up company safety rule (Stop-Wait-Call) and escalationprocess strictly.
严格执行公司的安全规章制度(停止-等待-呼叫)和事故上报流程
- LeadHBWimprovementproject.
主导HBW改善项目
- Identifythe whole shift focuspoints(Equipmentcondition;systemstability; material flow; Inbound & Outboundcapacity)andlead the actions follow up
主动识别班组(设备运行状态;系统稳定性;所有物料流;进/出产能)关注点并跟进
- Assistmanagers and leaders to coordinate and arrange daily work, ensure smooth operation of daily production.
协助经理或主管进行日常工作的协调及安排,确保日常生产的顺利运营
- Work with otherareato coordinate productionplanandaccomplishother tasks.
和其他区域一起协调生产计划,完成其他任务
- Ensure achievement of team KPIs in SQDCP. Do related improvement actions on unaccomplished ones.
确保团队中SQDCPKPI的达成,如果没有达成的应有相应的改善行动
- Review formal regular/irregular performance, make related countermeasures andsupportteam members to implement.
做出正式定期的/不定期的业绩回顾,制定相应措施并协调团队成员执行
- Be familiar withstatisticanalysisand action follow up from system data
熟悉数据分析并跟进.
- Consistentlyfulfillimprovement both on safety and cost reduction
在安全和成本方面持续改进
- Ensure compliance with related requirements on quality, costetcinHBWarea.
确保HBW区域符合质量和成本等相关要求
- Focus on team member's satisfaction and motivation

- Develop, train, confirm and improve standardizedworkflow.
发展、培训、确认并提升标准化工作的流程
Training/ 培训职责 :
- CoordinateandensurecorrectprocessimplementationandsmoothprocessconfimationinHBWarea.Coordinateandensurerunningoftrainings.
协调HBW区域内流程的正确使用以及流程确认的顺利进行,协调团队培训工作的顺利进行。
- Workcloselywithdepartment’strainingteam, eg:processconfirmationoncompletionrate anddocumentcontrol.
与本部门培训团队紧密合作,比如流程确认的完成率以及对文件的管控
LCI / 持续改善 :
- Support and drive own area’s continuous improvement activities.
支持并推动各自区域内的持续改善活动
Support managers’ continuous improvement projects.
支持经理的持续改善项目
Support LCI department’s evaluation.
支持持续改善部门的评估
- Be able to develop, train, confirm and improve standardized workflow.
能够发展、培训、确认并提升标准化工作的流程
- Trouble shooting skill with PPS tool
运用PPS等工具解决工作中的问题
- Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager,
完成上级主管安排的其它任务
