Job Description

Daily KPI report update before Huddle.

  • 负责机加工区域的文件管理工作

Responsible for the document administration in CMS.

  • 负责机加工区域的中文文件制作

Responsible for Chinese document making in CMS area.

  • 负责机加工区域的英文文件翻译

Responsible for English document translation in CMS area.

  • 协助机加工区域其他同事制作一页分享文件

Assist other colleagues in CMS area to create one page sharing file.

  • 负责采购机加工区域需要的物品

Responsible for purchasing items needed in the CMS area.

  • 支持新员工的入职流程

Support on On-boarding Process.

  • 表格的收集 (年假表/保险/赔偿,等)

Form Collection (Annual Leave Form/Insurance/Reimbursement, etc.).

  • 负责部门的活动

Responsible for department activity.

  • 协助其他助理的工作

Assist other assistants in their work.

  • 担当部门协调员的角色

Take the role as dept. coordinator.

  • 完成经理交办的其他工作

Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager.
