Danaher Corporation Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist in JiangSu, China

Position Overview:

Leading and supporting programs in Asia Pacific for our Operating Companies, this position will drive key talent acquisition programs, ensuring standard processes and change controls across the region . As a member of Talent Acquisition Operations team, this position will drive efficiency and effectiveness by owning and delivering innovative technology systems, processes, and consistent policies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive key talent acquisition programs, ensuring standard processes and change controls across the organization. Partner with key stakeholders to implement, track and measure results of supported programs, measuring impact and ROI.

  • Manage Talent Acquisition technologies such the China Applicant Tracking Syste m and Customer Relationship Management system, including the enhancement review and implementation process, in partnership with HRIT. Design and update program guides on business processes , support training needs and provide troubleshooting support for issues.

  • Manage Talent Acquisition programs , including job board s for candidate sourcing , third party employment agencies , AI candidate management initiatives and vendor relationships.

  • Perform as the functional bridge for external vendors a nd internal partners to create a positive overall experience, while maintaining compliance. Vendor relationships include Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), direct hire search firms (both contingent and retained /executive search) and temporary staffing agencies.

  • Provide data, insights and metrics reporting on key interviewing activities to inform the recruiting strategy and ensure a quality approach to data integrity and candidate data privacy rights.

  • Evaluate and process Operating Company charges for Talent Acquisition services and partner with Global Talent Acquisition Operations governance leader to execute cross charges.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance requirements are met for programs S erve as the point of contact to Labor and Employee Relations team s for internal investigations .

    Preferred Background and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) and 5+ years of progressive experience in T alent Acquisition , Recruitment Operations or H uman Resources .

  • Demonstrated success in partnering across a complex global company with numerous decentralized businesses.

  • Experience working in a lean/kaizen culture focused on continuous improvement with a record of accomplishment utilizing these methodologies as a business practice.

  • Experience configuring and enhancing technologies like Applicant Tracking Systems , Customer Relationship Management systems and AI preferred.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS preferred (Knowledge in Workday highly preferred)

  • Talent Acquisition (or other HR) vendor management experience where skills in influencing, negotiation, and problem resolution combined with previous experience leveraging business tools and technology for service delivery and analytics have been demonstrated .

  • Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills. Should possess a strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and a strong sense of urgency.

    Language Skills

    English fluency required . Additional language skills are beneficial.
