TEKsystems Trade Analyst Team Lead in Jersey City, New Jersey
Description:
Lead a team of Reconciliation Specialists and Compliance Coordinators, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure high-quality work products.
Oversee the reconciliation of approximately 900 accounts received from brokerage feeds with employee records.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
Oversee the collection of supporting documentation for approximately 450 Managed accounts that exist in the employee pre-trade system.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation for each account.
Manage and resolve approximately 1,300 Employee Compliance cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular quality control reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance team productivity.
Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for the reconciliation and compliance processes.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to account information, employee records, or documentation.
Provide support and guidance to employees on reconciliation-related queries and issues.
Monitor and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Foster a positive and productive team environment by promoting open communication, recognizing achievements, and addressing concerns.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:

STAR system experience.
Prior experience conducting account reconciliation within compliance experience.
