Betfair Interactive US LLC Senior Customer Operations Training Manager in Jersey City, New Jersey

Betfair Interactive US LLC in Jersey City, NJ, seeks a Senior Customer Operations Training Manager to assist with the assessment, creation, and implementation of all business-wide training efforts to support the business goals of the company. Act as liaison to leaders and subject matter experts to ensure proper execution of ongoing departmental (Customer Operations, Retail and Compliance) training programs. Partner with leaders to design and implement strategic and scalable training plans. Develop strategic training roadmap to provide direction and framework around training requirements, including but not limited to partnering with various business owners to identify needs, frequency, and criticality. Implement training curriculum and e-learning materials to meet the current and future needs of the business, including reviewing, editing, and revising existing curriculum as needed. Create, and implement exceptional client-facing training that is easy to absorb to a wide variety of business and technical uses, both virtually and in-person. Conceptualize and execute training schedules. Cultivate bespoke training programs. Communicate performance results for training initiatives to Senior Leadership. Cultivate relationships with vendors, and peers to ensure collaboration for shared goals. Approve hiring and firing requests within CS training. Manage travel and track expenses for the training department. Manage licensing process and ensure compliance for new hires, onsite training and coordinators. Identify, develop, and grow top talent within the training team. Perform other duties as needed. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Management, Business, or a related field plus 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupations required. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience, employer is willing to accept academic studies towards a Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant work experience in the field. Also required is: 1 year of experience: with a range of different assessment and training frameworks, tools and programs; Strong knowledge of various methods for training delivery; with taking programs all the way from conception through implementation; Efficiently and effectively working cross-functionally and building relationships throughout the business; conducting multiple RFP’s in order to determine most appropriate approach to training while also maintaining vendor relationships; with virtual classroom training delivery tools; with training technologies across different platforms.
