As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Corporate Sector's Digital Document Management Engineering team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Job responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
Oversee the management of technology programs and portfolios within a global Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
Act as a key liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the Head of Engineering, facilitating communication on strategy, project updates, and planning.
Manage daily operations, including administrative tasks, correspondence, presentations, and coordination of town halls and larger team events, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Set agendas for weekly executive staff meetings, provide insights for strategic debates, and ensure follow-through on action items and decisions.
Support recruiting efforts and the onboarding of new hires, coordinating opportunities for team-wide learning and professional development to foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
Utilize strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with Corporate Technology , Corporate Data & Analytics Solutions , and Global Technology Finance & Business Management teams on budget planning, forecasting, investment management, and expense monitoring.
Drive standardization, process improvement, and automation across teams to streamline operations and increase productivity.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements and resource allocation to ensure the on-time delivery of technology solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services and proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
Strong skills in managing stakeholders and influencing decision-making across teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services.
Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in agile environments, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
Proficient in analytical reasoning and problem-solving, with the ability to break down complex issues and develop strategic solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Quick learner with a proactive, creative, and analytical mindset, capable of adapting to changing priorities and environments and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure and communicate effectively with senior audiences, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office; experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus, enabling effective data analysis and presentation.
