Job Overview:
Reports to the Director of the Center for Professional Development, Innovation and Research, supports the individual Nursing Professional Development Specialists in the CPDIR. Learning management system administrator for the hospital. Performs data collection, prepares internal and external reports, assists with project management, coordinates logistics of programs and events, manages financial invoices, coordinates academic rotations
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor s Degree preferred, demonstrated competence with various computer programs Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Excel, file shares and document conversion
Able to navigate IT requests and learn new programs via tutorials, serves as learning management system administrator for the organization,
Demonstrated organizational skills with data input, data tracking and management, project management and execution, marketing skills, coordinates school affiliation agreements and student rotations and onboarding appointments,
Ability to network and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and vendors, able to anticipate colleagues needs and proactively respond, clerical responsibilities (i.e. recording meeting minutes, developing advertisements, filing, coordinating appointments, ordering supplies.),
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated customer service skills, flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of assigned projects, programs, and classes.
Scheduling Requirements:
Shift- 7:00am- 3:00pm (hours may change due to an event planned for the department)

Essential Functions:
Data collection, input and tracking into various computer programs, graphing of data into various formats (bar graphs, pie charts, etc.)
Creates and manages invoices and tracks progress of payments to vendors
Coordinates academic rotations and ensures student compliance with completion of pre-rotation requirements
Assists with annual reports due to various regulatory agencies
Project management and execution with attention to detail
Marketing of programs to internal and external customers
Manages on-line registration program
Maintains employee files for regulatory agency compliance
Assigns programs to internal customers and external customers via the Learning Management System as delegated
Networks and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and vendors on various projects/inservices
Anticipate colleagues needs and proactively responds
Clerical responsibilities (i.e. recording meeting minutes, developing advertisements, filing, coordinating appointments,)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated customer service skills
Flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of assigned projects.

Salary Range:
$29.15 - $34.00
