Citibank, N.A. seeks a Business Analysis Senior Manager for its Jersey City, New Jersey location.Duties: Review the technical and functional design of projects to ensure the implementation is in line with the business expectations and aligned with the technology procedures. Manage the Requirement Analysis, Functional Design and Documentation for projects for the Risk Analytics Application. Manage the requirement stories and iterative requirements for various projects. Analyze business scope and financial products coverage. Lead interactions with business end users for requirement reviews, project meetings and planning. Work with business stakeholders on planning and prioritization of requirements. Provide direction on complex projects, and in all phases of the development and implementation process, ensuring essential procedures are followed. Act as a SME in the Risk Analytics and Forecasting Analytics applications to senior stakeholders and other team members. Perform impact analysis of various new requirements to understand the impact of various functional changes on different modules of Financial Risk and Forecasting Application. Plan and manage the work allocation across various projects for business analysis. Provide continuous support on overall functional and technical design for various projects. Perform functional design review and provide understanding of overall functional design and various dependencies on different data elements required for various business scenarios processing. Use financial modelling techniques to analyze and implement risk pricing and forecasting models. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Financial Mathematics, Engineering (any) or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Management Consultant, Financial Data Analyst or related position involving technical and functional design of projects. 5 years of experience must include: Requirement gathering and documentation; Data Analysis; Forecasting and valuation of financial products; Financial modelling, Financial Risk metrics; and Requirements analysis and impact assessment.
