Assistant Vice President (SLA Management) for BNP Paribas RCC Inc. in Jersey City, New Jersey, to be responsible for facilitation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) execution between North America Region and other entities of BNP Paribas. Will document all services exchanged between BNP Paribas entities and serve as the point of contact for any SLAs related to the North American Region (scope includes U.S. entities as service provider or recipient of services). In cases involving Canada, when acting as service provider or recipient with BNP Paribas Group entities worldwide, will work closely with the local functional supervisory SLA team (Legal, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Third-Party Risk) in Canada to facilitate the SLA process. Will collaborate with management and stakeholders in drafting SLAs to document services between legal entities of the Group where a U.S. or Canadian entity is a party to the relationship. Responsible for the maintenance of the electronic library of the executed agreements in local and global repositories and the electronic workflow. Will perform business analysis and advise business owners how to properly document a relationship and assist in the drafting or revisions of SLAs in order to help facilitate services amongst the various entities of BNP Paribas. Will manage the SLA process from introducing agreement to entities to assisting in negotiating its details. Will facilitate technical negotiations with each of the entities on specifics relating to the agreements, establish review process, version control, channel feedback, and provide clarifications with the support of the legal department and/or business sponsors. Will facilitate and manage the editorial, review, and proof-reading processes and ensure that agreements are written in a clear, concise, and precise manner leveraging standard templates and are understood by all parties involved. Will ensure that SLAs are drafted and executed in line with BNP Paribas, regulatory requirements and Third-Party Risk Management Framework for affiliate’s onboarding. Will assist in monitoring, review, and update the SLA team controls including: GAP analysis, Step 1.5 invoicing, invoicing from affiliates, and recertification. Will provide technical support and guidance to business sponsors or other parties involved using DOCS and Argos. Will ensure SLA request is well documented and an audit trail of all SLA reviews are maintained. Will prepare the SLA reports. Will work with the Finance Expense team for a semi-annual review of billings to ensure compliance with the SLA Agreements.Requires: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, Project Management or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience in a project management space or in a consulting capacity within an international bank or international financial services organization or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, Project Management (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and one (1) year of experience in a project management space or in a consulting capacity within an international bank or international financial services organization. Specific skills/other requirements - Demonstrated Expertise (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Demonstrated expertise (DE) with legal entity structure and exposure to legal agreements or contracts with internal or external counterparts; (DE) collaborating with senior management and stakeholders in establishing SLAs to document relationships between legal entities; (DE) facilitating and managing the editorial, review, and proof-reading processes using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat ensuring the agreements are written in a clear and concise manner drafted and executed in line with regulatory requirements; (DE) maintaining a list of SLAs repositories and workflows for all new and revised SLAs using SharePoint; and (DE) creating dashboard to track status of new and existing SLAs using data analysis and data visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableu.
