Job Summary
Communicate with all hotel departments as a front desk representative
Manage front desk staff
Handle customer complaints
Qualifications:
Qualification
Proficiency in foreign languages required (English, Chinese, etc.)
Preference given to candidates with experience in global hotel front office (room division)
