JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent for an Immediate assignment on Site in a Large Industrial Construction Project in Jeffersonville, OH
- Responsible for 1^st^ or 2^nd^ Shift Equipment Installation Hourly Crew(s) including Electrical Skilled Trades
- Coordinate, schedule, and manage the work of all construction trades including the work quality and attendance
- Review equipment installation drawings including Electrical Systems, Wire Diagrams, Power Distribution, IT Networks, Architectural, mechanical drawings and specifications
- Work closely and aid other Site Managers, corporate and field engineers, clients, subcontractors, and local officials
- Evaluate, Estimate, and Quote additional work if requested by client and/or required due to changes
- Evaluate, create, and monitor RFQs/RFI's when required
- Write job orders and supporting documentation
- Develop, review, approve, and update daily work schedules
- Prepare daily progress reports and submit to management
- Ensure to provide safe and clean construction environment and support safety meetings and daily safety checks
- Use MS Office to develop reports and required site documentation
- When required mitigate conflicts and resolve disputes
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly job site; and enforce job site safety standards.
Arrange, monitor, and be present for agency inspections.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 10 Years of Industrial Construction Industry Experience in Leadership Roles
- 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Systems Construction Superintendent leading construction teams
- 5 years of Managing Electrical/Automation Equipment Installations
- Experience reviewing, evaluating, and developing technical documents such as RFQ's, Work Orders, extras
- Experience scheduling work and supervising Skilled Trades in Construction/Equipment Installations
- Experience reading and interpreting Electrical Systems Drawings, Wire Diagrams, Power Distribution, IT Networks, mechanical drawings, and specifications
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of MS Office such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is required for the job
- Ability to work 1^st^ or 2^nd^ shift and work OT (Paid)
- OSHA 30 certification is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Field is highly desired
- Must be able to commute daily to Jeffersonville, OH or relocate.
