WEEKLY PAY!

Pay: $18.50 per hour + $2.00 shift differential

Production Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Shift: 5:00 PM -5:00 AM (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Team members will work (3) 12-hour shifts for 36 hours. They will be paid for 40 provided they have perfect attendance.

Essential Duties:

  • Perform inspections on product produced by machine for quality.

  • Operate equipment to cycle rate.

  • Monitor machines for problems that may arise so that quality and performance are maintained.

  • Troubleshoot basic and intermediate machine problems and quality issues.

  • Check raw materials for quality before loading into machine.

  • Prepare all materials that are to be loaded into the machine.

  • Prepare tooling for changeovers.

  • Perform machine changeovers.

  • Perform machine cleaning, basic PM and maintenance tasks to standard.

  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

    Responsibilities:

  • Alert Supervisor and maintenance personnel of any problems that may arise.

  • Make machine adjustments as necessary to produce products that meet company specifications.

  • Order raw materials.

  • Make sure all materials are loaded into the machine in a quick, efficient manner so that downtime is limited.

  • Count and record rejected products and scrap material.

  • Keep work area clean, free from debris and compliant with 5S markings.

  • Clean machine and work area at the end of each shift.

  • Ensure that all personnel are following plant safety guidelines.

  • Complete production reports.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

  • Ability to work overtime

  • Ability to pass a tape measure test and mechanical aptitude test

    May be required to lift up to approximately 35 pounds

    Ability to read and write English

    Must be able to stand at workstation for a long period of time

    Must be able to use both hands in a repetitive motion

    Must be able to pass tape measure test

    Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and dust particles

    Must be able to travel throughout the facility to obtain information needed to perform job function
