Job Title: Roll Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Roll Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate the Roll Forming Metal Machine and perform a variety of tasks to ensure the production process runs smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
Loading coil onto decoiler mandrel with a crane
Ensuring the press stamps out holes appropriately
Monitoring and adjusting the robotic seam welder as needed (this creates the roll)
Monitoring and adjusting the robotic chop saw as needed (this cuts it into sections)
Assisting in stacking material as it comes off the line

This is a fully on-site position in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Work Environment
Manufacturing environment that can be hot or cold and loud at times. The setting is industrial but not necessarily dirty or nasty. Management is laid back and relaxed as long as employees are performing their job duties.
