Job Description
In this customer-facing solution consultant role, you will lead the day-to-day management of third party resources related to revenue cycle support for the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) EHRM deployments.
The person in this role is required to have a hands on keyboard working knowledge of revenue cycle processes in order to best position the team to support Transition Services. This role serves as a conduit between the operational team members within the billing offices of the client to understand and identify billing needs, and then works to coordinate the training and end user support for the various billing services delivered by our third party transition services partners performing this work on behalf of the VA.

Responsibilities
Additionally this individual is responsible for:
Providing support and audit guideline support for the Health Information Management (HIM) leadership teams, inclusive of medical coding activities, medical billing edit updates and payer specific policies.
Leading operational check in’s with the CPACs and Health Information Management leadership teams to discuss current initiatives, discuss potential opportunities, and troubleshoot various workflows when a problem is identified.
Independently reviewing work queues for boluses and backlogs, identifing workflow optimizations, delivering training and monitoring outcomes for revenue cycle projects.
Routinely auditing workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, delivering these workflows and trainings to the third party resources and providing documentation for future audits. This requires coordination between Oracle Consulting, VHA operations, EHRM Integration Office (IO) and our third party partners executing on this scope.
Qualifications
At least 3-6 years of experience relevant to this position, including 2 years management experience, is preferred.
Federal billing background a plus, but not required.
Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel as needed.

US: Hiring Range: from $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
