Job Description

WHAT’S THE JOB?

• You will be reporting to the Executive Chef

• Maintains cleanliness of the back prep area

• Cleans both service and prep dishes to help keep us prepared for smooth service

• Maintaining a sanitary kitchen following all H&S posted protocols

• Executes all food production in accordance with standards of plating guide specifications

• Supports with Daily prep for our Cafe products

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Food safety and WHMIS training considered an asset.

• Attention to cleanliness and safety.

• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware.

• Looking for someone eager to learn new skills in the kitchen.

• Ability to work in a team.
