Job Description:
Essential Functions
Proven Leadership, Supervisory, and Team building skills
Assist with all of Jarratt’s Accident Investigations (Personnel, Equipment, and loss Product) and provide preventative controls for accidents.
Verify all GMP Audit Corrective actions have been completed
Assist with New Hire Plant Wide Tour of both Raw and RTE areas
New Hire Orientation Presentation
Maintain all Associates Job & Safety Training Tracking System
Maintain Audit Training folders as needed for all Plant Audits
Investigate all damage related to Unsafe Acts
Provide Training validation review of training for all New Hires by the end of their 90 days
Oversee and update Audit Skill Flex Matrix to be reviewed monthly
Conduct Weekly and Monthly Random Periodic Audits/Inspections
Assist with Process Failure Investigations in all areas
Direct involvement of all Plant Audits (i.e., SQF, 3rd Part Audits, etc.)
Assist Production Supervisors and Managers with Work Instructions updates
Perform other daily duties as assigned by Management
Education and Experience
Must have excellent technical oral, and writing skills.
Must be able to communicate with all levels of personnel effectively
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
Highly Dedicated
Initiative-driven
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of processes for all production departments
Minimum of 5yrs Manufacturing Experience
