Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
Our company designs, manufactures, and powder coats metal fuel tanks, skids, frames, trailers, and other related products. We are looking for a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team on the 2nd shift.
Responsibilities
Check for leaks in the tanks by performing 'bubble checks'
Spray tanks to test for bubbles and leaks
Document findings using an app
Conduct physical inspections by walking, crawling, bending, and lifting
Perform visual inspections without using precision measuring tools
Fill out sign-off sheets
Lift up to 50 lbs during inspections
Essential Skills
6 months to 1 year of manufacturing quality experience
Proficiency in quality control and quality inspection
Experience with inspection and quality assurance
Ability to use calipers and micrometers
Strong visual inspection skills
Good job tenure

Work Environment
2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 2pm-10pm. The job involves physical activity, including walking, crawling, bending, and lifting. There is a $3 shift premium for the 2nd shift.
Location & Pay
This is a position based out of Janesville, Wisconsin. Pay starts at $19/hr with a $3 shift premium
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00
