Emergency Response: Promptly respond to water damage emergencies, including floods, leaks, and sewage backups, to minimize property damage and mitigate risks. Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of water damage, including moisture mapping, structural integrity checks, and documentation of affected areas and materials. Restoration Planning: Develop comprehensive restoration plans tailored to each project, considering the extent of damage, necessary repairs, and client preferences. Water Extraction & Drying: Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification using industry-standard equipment and techniques to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. Sanitization: Ensure proper sanitization of affected areas to mitigate health risks and restore a safe and hygienic environment for occupants. Material Removal: Remove damaged materials, such as flooring, drywall, insulation, and furniture, as necessary, to prepare the site for reconstruction.Reconstruction Support: Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to execute reconstruction projects, including installing new materials, repairing structural damage, and restoring aesthetics.
