As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all who visit Pymatuning State Park. If you possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

DESCRIPTION OF WORK Engaging with the general public and providing visitor services will be your primary responsibility in this role. You must be flexible with changing procedures and schedules, including working on weekends and holidays. Your duties will include collecting revenues and providing information to park visitors at campground contact stations and/or the park office. It is important to keep your work area tidy, distribute brochures, build positive relationships with the public and park staff, and follow communication system guidelines.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Seasonal, full-time employment without benefits. The season runs from March until November at which time the employee is placed on leave without pay. There are no healthcare benefits available. Shift and schedule can vary to meet the operational needs of a 7 day/week operational facility.  Varying shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays as needed for park operations and to meet seasonal needs.
