If you feel like you would be a great fit for this opportunity, we encourage you to apply today and call 716-630-7008 for more information!Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Design & development of tooling designsIdentify opportunities to improve products or reduce costs.Determine root causes of failures and recommend changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods.Incorporate new methods and processes to improve existing operations.Troubleshoot new or existing product problems involving designs, materials, or processes.Review product designs for manufacturability or completeness.Communicate manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, or other information to facilitate production processes.Design, install, or troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.Requirements:Associate/Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent experience2-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to solve complex problems utilizing good judgement and decision makingSystems analysisAutoCAD, Solid Works or other equivalent design softwareResearch and implement new technologies.Technology designTime management
