• Open Modern Trade channel for Yale.

• Help distributors conduct direct sales to Modern Trade customers.

• Drive sales, presence, and visibility of Yale products through effective sales execution of marketing and sales initiatives.

• Together with Retail Sales Head, to give advise on designing and implementing a sales strategy.

• Help to negotiate the annual cooperation agreements (promotions, leaflets, displays, listing fee, etc).

• Support key accounts in managing their stocks to optimize supply conditions.

• Follow up demand forecast/orders plan.

• Track in-store promo effectiveness.

• Identify key issues, trends, and opportunities to increase market share and creatively help in growing the business.

• Develop the range and portfolio strategy by store type working closely with the Retail Sales Head.

• Ensure optimal distribution and merchandising.

• Work with the Marketing team to design promotions and activations.

• Hold periodic meetings with the distributor sales & merchandising team.

• Monitor, analyse, and share the main competitors’ strategies, activities, and competitive advantages in the modern retail environment.
