Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a Completions Coordinator to join our Commissioning team in Gresik, Indonesia.
This opportunity will see you working for Hatch on Freeport Indonesia’s copper smelter and precious metals refinery project in Gresik, East Java. Once fully operational, the new smelter complex could process 1.7 million tonnes of copper concentrate annually into 550,000 tonnes of copper cathode, which can be further processed into electrical wiring, pipes and car batteries, among other products. The metallurgical complex will include a Smelter, Electro refinery and Precious Metal Refinery.
Hatch’s project scope covers detailed engineering, award and procurement of pre-purchased equipment, contract formation, construction, and commissioning of the Precious Metals Refinery.
As the successful candidate, you will:
Delivery of Construction Turnover, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning status
Populate Construction Turnover Packs with Pre-Commissioning testing information
Issue Notice of Energizations from CCMS
Maintain status of completed test sheets in CCMS
Punch List Data entry and report Punch List status based on field information from CCMS.
You will bring to the role.
Experience in operating CCMS systems
Experience in administration or document control in a Construction or Commissioning environment
Relevant technical diploma or equivalent industry experience
Proficient advanced user of Microsoft Office components such as Word and Excel
Experience with Completions management systems, preferably Omega
Experienced user of Document Control and Business Management Systems.
