Summary:
The Client Solutions Manager for Meta’s Global Business Group is a strategic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. You will have the opportunity to lead key client relationships, leverage analytical skills, and develop platform and product expertise to become a trusted consultant in media planning, strategy, and measurement.The successful applicant will inherit an existing portfolio of accounts, and will be tasked with nurturing relationships at all levels with our top advertising partners and their business partners, becoming an advisor in their industry and their businesses, and leveraging Meta's full range of solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.

Client Solutions Manager, Indonesia Responsibilities:
Strategize, plan and implement all elements of clients' advertising campaigns with a focus on both short-term performance and long-term growth
Work directly with key clients as Meta’s advertising advisors, in partnership with Client Partner, analyze client situations and devise integrated marketing and advertising strategies optimally incorporating Meta advertising solutions to maximize client value
Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption
Drives product innovation internally with Cross Functional Partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clients
Use data, insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy and implementation of Meta products solutions
Outline and oversee measurement scheme, tracking, and results delivery to study the effectiveness of Meta product solutions
Oversee budget spend, manage analytics and dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time recommendations
Collaborate with Client Partner to exceed sales and yield goals for the book of business that assigned to you
Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting and fixing issues, monitoring and alerting ads policy violations, setting up account and financial details, etc.)
Build and manage relationships with both C Level and frontline stakeholders in clients and business partners
Collaborate very closely with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams and cross region counterparts

5+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or account management
Experience navigating ambiguity with agility to effectively lead complex and changing priorities
Experience of identifying new opportunities for the larger organization & influencing the appropriate stakeholders
Strong operational rigor & project management skills, able to drive impact to business performance
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English are essential as the successful candidate will manage clients whose usual business language is Bahasa and English
Experience analyzing data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights
