Manulife Actuarial Pricing Analyst in Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities

  • Report to Pricing Lead and be accountable for modeling and analysis aspects on product initiatives, to ensure alignment with company's strategic and financial goals and consistent with company's risk appetites.

  • Support product development and review process, which includes but not limited to: building excel illustration for New Business and Policy Change, preparing OJK filing materials, and provide support on validation process on system implementation process.

  • To study and understand the risk and financial metrics on product under development.

  • Prepare product pricing/risk report with quality and timely manner and manage communication to relevant stakeholders at appropriate time.

What we are looking for Someone With

  • University degree from reputable university.

  • Good progress of actuarial exams, close to getting associate or fellowship qualifications.

  • Strong technical skills, including use of Excel and modeling software (e.g. AXIS) and strong understanding of financial/ economic principles and mathematical skills.

  • Demonstrated project management skills and good team work skills.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.
