If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for aProduction Supervisorlocated at our Facility in Jacksonville, IL.

Your Role:

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead plant production and will be responsible for maximizing safety, quality, and productivity while also minimizing cost. This individual will also ensure the department is meeting target accuracy goals and completion rate of the weekly inventory cycle counts; manage warehouse and ensure accuracy of inventory and shipping counts. You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop strategic initiatives and operating goals for the plant

• Ensure production schedule, material usage, and output requirements are met

• Hire and train employees as well as appraise their performance

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 4+ years of related professional and progressive manufacturing experience

• Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel

• Proficiency in SAP, Kronos, and Gensuite

Icing on the cake:

• BA/BS degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related field

• Prior team management experience including coaching a diverse staff
