Description
Shopify Development:
Lead the creation, maintenance, and optimization of Shopify Plus eCommerce stores, including custom solutions and third-party API integrations.
Communicate and enforce best practices for Shopify development and maintenance.
Develop strategic plans for eCommerce, evaluate new technologies, and improve business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve website performance issues.
Manage vendor relationships and optimize platform performance.
Collaborate on project plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, and assess risks.
IT Generalist Duties:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage IT tools, infrastructure projects, and vendor relationships.
Oversee the setup, maintenance, and security of tech platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Extensive experience with Shopify Plus, including proficiency in Liquid templating language, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Familiarity with the Shopify API and SEO techniques.
Strong communication skills to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Proven ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in evaluating emerging technologies and managing budgets and resources.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex development questions effectively.
