Job Title: Superintendent of Construction
Job Description
We are seeking a Superintendent to work on Healthcare, Education, Municipal, and other Commercial projects in the Jacksonville area. The ideal candidate should be proficient in running day-to-day operations at the job site while maintaining effective communication with the back office staff. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing profitable projects ranging from $5M to $50M, conducting weekly safety inspections, managing project scopes, scheduling subcontractors, and ordering necessary materials. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety programs and OSHA Standards, maintaining records, and communicating project milestones with clients and other relevant parties.
Hard Skills
5+ years of new construction experience
5+ years of experience in Commercial projects
Ability to run projects from $5M - $50M
Knowledge in AHCA a plus
Experience in healthcare construction a plus
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills
Leadership and team management
Attention to quality and safety
Efficiency in using technology
Work Environment
The position is open to local candidates willing to travel in the SE region if needed.
