Sourcing Analyst I - PT

The Sourcing Analyst I assists teammates in the Vendor Services Office (VSO) and Sourcing groups to support our internal business units in processing vendor engagements from the initial identification of a need for a product or service though the final contract execution and disposition of contracts until expiration. Will interact with other business groups as related to vendor engagements and may include assistance with invoice payments, audit related tasks, and various reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assists in tracking cost savings.

  • Assists in tracking contract expirations and notifications for business units and vendors.

  • Assists in booking various meetings with vendors and business units.

  • Processes assigned lower touch deals through the entire P2P and Risk processes.

  • Assists in the creation of various PowerPoint slides and reports as needed, i.e. VRMG, Cost Savings, Expirations, etc.

  • Assists in various financial analysis of vendor proposals.

  • Gains an education in the financial institution industry while performing various tasks with VSO and Sourcing, as well as enjoying the comradery of the group.

This is a Hybrid position. Hybrid work requires working in the office 4 days per week with one flexible day to work remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a Sourcing Analyst within the Financial Services industry.

  • Experience tracking contracts for business units and vendors.
