RQC, LLC, (a wholly-owned subsidiary of DPR Construction) is seeking experienced Engineers and Designers with an advanced level of large scale ($25M +) commercial, federal and/or industrial type project experience to join our design/build team to contribute to a true integrated project delivery for the Department of Defense. Projects are challenging, interesting and diverse both technically and geographically.
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of and phases of structural engineering design development practices in adherence to U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Army surveying, planning and design standards. The Senior Structural Engineer is expected to be responsible for the supervision of more than one project at a time, all in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Values of the enterprise. Base salary range is typically between $125,000- $145,000.

A MS degree in Structural Engineering is the minimum formal education required for this position.
Professional Engineer (S.E.) License required.
Twenty (15) or more years' experience in structural engineering design, project delivery or equivalent in the industrial construction projects required.
Project management experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) is preferred.
Specific software literacy required: AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, Revit, MS Word and MS Excel.
Travel to jobsites, as needed, is required.
