Arena Investors LP Senior Analyst - Client Service & Marketing in Jacksonville, Florida

Arena is looking to expand its Client Service and Marketing team with the addition of a Senior Analyst. This individual will work closely with Arena’s investment teams and infrastructure departments, to continue Arena’s strong asset growth and institutional client relationships through the production of investment and portfolio-related content and support the team’s other data and analytical needs.

This position will ideally be filled out of our Jacksonville, Florida office.

Responsibilities

• This individual will serve as the lead analyst on Arena’s Client Service and Marketing team, overseeing Arena’s current analyst team in the production and accompanying analysis needed for creation and generation of recurring and bespoke marketing and client materials:

• Work with Arena’s CIO and Investment Managing Directors in the communication of Arena’s views on current market topics, portfolio investments, market outlook, and more timeless investment philosophy.

• Oversee client reporting and standard collateral production, working with Arena’s data and collaborating across functional groups. Improve recurring reporting timelines and ensure alignment with client contractual requirements.

• Address ad-hoc client, due diligence, and prospective client questions.

Requirements

The individual will have strong analytical skills, comfort with data and technology-related execution, attention to detail, and strong aptitude for client service and sales-related activities.

Candidate must possess the following:

• 5 years of relevant industry experience or MBA/PhD from top-tier institution, in finance/economics.

• Excellent analytical skills (e.g., analysis and general data management, manipulation, computation, and visualization) including across relevant technology platforms such as Microsoft BI, excel, etc.

• Management experience and/or aptitude.

• Keen attention to detail and strong process management.

• Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to work collaboratively across the organization.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Exemplify the highest level of personal integrity and ethical standards.
