**Preventive Maintenance, Tech Support to the Operations Maintenance (SME) Support - (REMOTE OPTION) Tyndall AFB, FL

JOB SUMMARY: BBandE is seeking a **Preventive Maintenance, Tech Support to the Operations Maintenance (SME) Support to assist AFCEC/CO at Tyndall AFB, FL or REMOTE OPTION.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: **

Provide program technical support to the Operations Maintenance SME in relation to Preventive Maintenance (PM) establishment and management.

Technical support shall include assisting base organization end users implement, operationalize, and update PM programs within NexGen Information Technology (IT) during initial operational capability (IOC) periods and subsequent full operational capability (FOC) periods.

Advise and assist the Operations Maintenance SME and base organizations on the technical aspects of PM program establishment and management within NexGen IT.

Technical support shall be accomplished virtually and through on-site visits.

Perform on-site visits and accompany teams during on-site visits to deliver technical support towards PM program development and management in NexGen IT.

Provide technical support engagements to organizations in support of establishing and developing the organization's PM program.

Provide instruction, guidance, and support to organizations through hands-on guided instruction in a classroom environment, virtual environment, or on-site with the organization, as directed by the government.

Support the consistent delivery of technical support engagement to organizations, the Contractor shall develop and maintain technical support curriculum content delivery plans that are current and align with PM program management business processes.

The technical support curriculum content delivery plans shall provide the Contractor a consistent business process presentation for the development and management of PM program records in NexGen IT while engaging with organizations.

Develop syllabuses that outline the delivery schedule of technical support content in classroom, virtual, and on-site environments.

The technical support curriculum content delivery plans shall be reviewed during each NexGen IT system update, and updated to ensure the content is current.

The technical support curriculum content delivery plans will be updated when the supporting business processes are updated by the government.

Provide engagement reports that indicate attendance by the engaged organization, participant feedback and analysis based on feedback forms submitted by organization level participants.

The technical support curriculum content delivery plans shall include written content, and power point slides with embedded scripts on the following PM business processes topics:

PM investment determinations.

Built infrastructure inventory analysis using SMS and GIS data.

PM risk determination analysis.

PM level determinations.
