Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill an Operations Specialist in Jacksonville, FL.$ 22.12/hr HybridThe Private Bank Investment Operations associate will be responsible for providing daily operational support of fixed income trading for Private Bank processes. The individual ensures the timely and accurate daily reporting requirements within defined timeframes. This includes monitoring of trades reporting as well researching and resolving any issues as they arrive that impact trade reporting. This role interacts regularly with traders and executing brokers.
Required Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work with a team
Ability to escalate an item quickly if needed
Ability to be trained by a remote trainer via Webex (Meaning, ability to be trained by a person who isn't side by side in person.)
Pay Details: $22.12 per hour
