Assembler
Job Description
Manufacture and assemble Industrial Power Systems in a heavy-industrial manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for:
Mechanical assembly of systems, working with sheet metal and assembling metal enclosures.
Use of hand/power tools including drills, tape measures, screwdrivers, wrenches, and impact tools.
You will assemble units based on blueprints and work in teams.
Standing, stooping, and bending throughout the day to access various assemblies, some of which are inside units that are on average 8 feet tall.
Steel-toe shoes are required from the first day.
Essential Skills
Experience with manufacturing assembly.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Blueprint reading skills.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Physical ability to stand for the entire shift.
Capability to lift 50+ pounds and move sheet metal.

Profit-sharing bonuses are paid out quarterly, equating to approximately $1 extra per hour.
Benefits are covered by the employer and begin immediately upon permanent hire. 100% Medical, Dental, Vision paid by employer.

Work Environment
The work takes place in a large, open bay production facility with multiple workstations and bays.
The production floor is not climate-controlled, although industrial-sized ceiling fans keep the air circulating.
The environment includes forklifts and manufacturing machinery, requiring safety shoes, safety glasses, and ear plugs when needed.
The area is louder due to CNC machinery and fabrication activities.

5AM-3:30PM
Monday - Friday
Second Shift
2:30PM - 11PM
Monday - Friday
Must be open to OT as needed.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00
