Description

Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment. If you have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization, this may be the Help Desk Analyst position for you. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Jacksonville, Florida with a family operated company and is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity.
Your responsibilities
Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally
Reply and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Requirements - Understanding of basic networking concepts
Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems
Command of Network Troubleshooting
Connectivity experience
MS Windows 10 experience preferred
Desktop Support experience
Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
