ManpowerGroup Forklift Operator in Jacksonville, Florida
Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay Range: $20 per hour
Hours: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
What's the Job?
Safely operate forklifts with various attachments to load and unload materials from trailers and other vehicles.
Accurately pick and stage pallets of finished goods for shipment from the warehouse.
Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety procedures and company policies.
Actively participate in safety initiatives, lean practices, and continuous improvement efforts.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience operating various types of forklifts.
Strong mathematical, reading, and comprehension skills.
Proficiency in using basic computer systems and technology, including SAP.
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
