Job Title: Make Ready Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Apartment Make Ready Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vacant apartments are thoroughly prepared for new residents. This includes performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the units are in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and assess the condition of vacant apartments.
  • Perform necessary repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
  • Paint and touch up walls, ceilings, and trim as needed.
  • Clean and prepare units, including carpet cleaning, appliance cleaning, and general tidying.
  • Replace or repair fixtures, hardware, and appliances as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Florida.

Work Environment

Work primarily involves rental properties, including apartment complexes, townhouses, and single-family homes. The typical work radius is within 30 minutes of the metro area, with occasional travel up to 150 miles in extreme cases.
