ManpowerGroup Executive Execution Specialist - Jacksonville, FL in Jacksonville, Florida
My direct banking client is seeking an Executive Execution Specialist at Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week) to join the Executive Talent Acquisition Team . This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and securing top executive talent while ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both internal and external candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate intake and debrief calls with clients.
Manage executive assessments, including scheduling and debriefs.
Oversee vendor processes, including invoice and purchase order management.
Create PowerPoint presentations and prepare end-of-week client updates.
Develop candidate bios and manage executive bios for internal use.
Handle Workday processes: application reviews, interviewer panels, and real-time application management.
Maintain a repository of executive team trackers and generate various reports (interview summaries, post-offer, onboarding, ART, cost avoidance).
This role requires a strategic and tactical mindset, ensuring all processes are consistent, operationally sound, and meet the client’s high standards.
