Job Title: Superintendent of ConstructionJob Description
We are seeking a Superintendent with extensive experience in healthcare construction, particularly in occupied space or inpatient settings. The ideal candidate should be proficient in running day-to-day operations at the job site while maintaining effective communication with the back office staff. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing profitable projects ranging from $5M to $50M, conducting weekly safety inspections, managing project scopes, scheduling subcontractors, and ordering necessary materials. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety programs and OSHA Standards, maintaining records, and communicating project milestones with clients and other relevant parties.
Hard Skills
Experience in healthcare construction
Ability to run projects from $5M - $50M
Knowledge in AHCA
Proficiency in scheduling, ordering materials, and compliance with safety standards

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Jacksonville, Florida.
Work Environment
The position is open to local candidates willing to travel in the SE region, with a preference for those who can start at a new project in Fernandina Beach on an 8,000 sq ft steel building for a Behavioral Health Clinic.
