Randstad is looking for a blower technician with at least 2-3 years of experience working with positive displacement blowers. The technician repairs and rebuilds customer equipment and maintains quality of service at a high level in support of the company's sales efforts. Able to read wiring schematics and diagrams for all equipment and analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Pay will be based on experience starting at $30 an hour.

Responsibilities
Inspect, repair, and service customer equipment.
Ensure proper operation of compressed air equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements and inspections on various compressors, vacuum pumps, boosters, and blowers.
Serve as technical support for customers.
Teardown, Inspection, Failure analysis, and repair of pumps, blowers/vacuum boosters, vacuum pumps, vertical turbines, VFD's soft starts, gearboxes, and motors.
Prior experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical equipment.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
