A valued client of ours is seeking a B2B collections specialist to join their growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing the collection of outstanding accounts receivable from business clients. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, customer service, and financial acumen to ensure timely payment and to resolve any issues related to unpaid invoices. The B2B Collections Analyst will work closely with the sales and accounting teams to manage accounts, monitor aging reports, and develop strategies to reduce outstanding debts.
salary: $21 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collections
Review and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts
Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding payments
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payment
Address and resolve client queries and disputes related to billing and payments
Negotiate payment plans or settlements within company guidelines
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
