A valued client of ours is seeking a qualfiied Accounts Receivables Cerk to join their growing accounting deparmtent.The role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely collection of payments, maintaining customer accounts, and performing various administrative tasks related to accounts receivable. This role is critical in maintaining the financial stability and operations of our company. Upon going permanent, the selected candidate will be entitled to comprehenive company beneifts including career avdvancment opporutnites.

salary: $19 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data

• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits

• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues

• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

• Maintain customer files and records

• Assist with month-end closing

• Provide supporting documentation for audits
